Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Category Maintenance Manager (Health Science) to drive maintenance strategy across assigned categories, coaching factories and leading cross-functional teams. The role can be remote or hybrid depending on location, with strong preference for candidates within commuting distance of major hubs on the East Coast and Midwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Medical, Chemical, Electrical or Food Engineering is required.
• 6-7+ years of relevant work experience in Maintenance/Factory Engineer roles is required.
• 1+ years of People Leadership experience including hiring, training, and leading teams is required.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data-driven communication are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%+ to multiple factories across regions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category Maintenance strategy to deliver the category goals.
• Provide alignment and reporting to Engineering, T&P Leadership, and Maintenance organizations.
• Ensure factory and market needs are met for maintenance.
• Lead and coach maintenance teams to execute Nestlé Maintenance Strategy at optimal cost.
• Manage M&I budgets and develop competencies across the category.
