Job summary

Omnicell is seeking a collaborative and organized professional to optimize and transform legal operations. You will partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to map processes, document procedures, and implement improvements that standardize workflows.

In this remote role, you will drive projects from concept to delivery, track milestones, and manage stakeholder communications while exploring AI and automation solutions to boost productivity and impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Legal Operations, Project Coordination, Program Management, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
• Experience supporting process improvement, workflow documentation, operating procedure development, or implementation activities.
• Experience coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, managing action items, and preparing stakeholder communications.
• Ability to assist with workflow improvements, process mapping, standards documentation, and adoption support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support concurrent initiatives.
