Job summary

Arena Staffing is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support growth, strategic planning, and operational improvement across the organization. The role focuses on translating data and market insights into actionable strategies while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will analyze complex business challenges, build structured business cases, and manage strategic initiatives with a focus on measurable impact and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to develop practical, measurable strategic recommendations.
• Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, and competition to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Improve Operations: Assess processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend productivity and cost improvements.
• Build Business Cases: Create structured business cases, financial analyses, and supporting presentations for initiatives.
• Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate initiatives from planning to implementation with milestones and risk management.
• Monitor Performance: Establish and track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards for senior executives.
