Arena Staffing is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support organizational growth, strategic planning, operational improvement, and business transformation initiatives. The role requires analytical mindset, strong communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

The candidate will partner with senior leadership, manage multiple strategic initiatives, develop business cases, and monitor performance using KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to craft practical strategic recommendations.
Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, services to identify revenue and expansion opportunities.
Improve Business Operations: Assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Build Business Cases: Create structured analyses, presentations, and documentation for initiatives.
Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate initiatives from planning to implementation with milestones and risks.
Monitor Performance: Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards.
Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate risks and mitigation strategies.
Support Change Initiatives: Assist with transformation and process improvements.
