Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or related field
• 3–7 years of relevant strategy/management consulting or related experience
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable strategies for diverse audiences
• Experience developing executive‑level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations based on objectives, markets, and operational data
• Conduct business analysis across financial, operational, customer, and market information
• Support short‑ and long‑term strategic planning with leadership
• Identify growth opportunities in markets, products, and services
• Improve operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
• Build structured business cases and supporting documentation
• Manage strategic projects from planning to execution
• Monitor KPIs and report progress to leadership
• Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis
• Prepare executive presentations and dashboards
• Mitigate risks and support organizational change initiatives
• Measure outcomes and adjust strategies based on data
