Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• 3–7 years of strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis or related.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations from objectives, data, and market conditions.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to align short- and long-term goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and services.
• Improve operations by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
• Build structured business cases, financial analyses, and presentations.
