Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 3–7 years of strategy consulting, management consulting, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Experience with market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, and market conditions.
• Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to align short- and long-term goals.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and services.
• Improve operations by diagnosing processes and proposing improvements.
• Build structured business cases, financial analyses, and presentations.
• Manage strategic projects from planning through execution with defined milestones.
• Monitor KPIs and report progress and impact to leadership.
• Conduct competitive research on industry developments and trends.
• Facilitate collaboration across finance, operations, technology, and other departments.
• Prepare executive presentations translating research into concise insights.
• Identify and mitigate risks; support organizational change initiatives.
• Measure outcomes and adjust strategies based on performance data.
