Arena Staffing is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support growth, strategic planning, and business transformation. You will analyze complex challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and collaborate with senior leadership across finance, operations, and technology.

The role emphasizes quantitative analysis, stakeholder management, and executive-ready communication. Remote or hybrid work arrangements may be available, with a focus on delivering measurable impact through structured analyses

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to create measurable strategic recommendations.
Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop short- and long-term strategic plans.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, and competition to identify revenue opportunities.
Improve Business Operations: Assess processes and workflows to increase productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Build Business Cases: Create structured business cases, financial analyses, and supporting documents.
Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate initiatives from planning through implementation with milestones and risks.
Monitor Performance: Establish and track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
Conduct Competitive Research: Monitor industry trends and technologies affecting strategy.
Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensure alignment across departments and leadership levels.
Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards.
Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate risks and suggest mitigations.
Support Change Initiatives: Assist with transformation and process improvements.
Measure Strategic Outcomes: Assess the impact of strategies and adjust as needed.
