Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field.
• 3–7 years of strategy/management consulting, business analysis, or related experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic recommendations by analyzing objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data.
• Conduct business analyses to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvements.
• Support strategic planning with leadership to craft short- and long-term plans.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and services.

• Manage strategic projects from planning to implementation with milestones and risks.
