Job summary

Array, a remote-first fintech growth platform, is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join our expanding team in the United States. You will work cross-functionally across revenue operations, reporting to the PMO manager, and drive initiatives that accelerate sales and client outcomes.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, identify roadblocks, and create precise documentation while leveraging AI tools, SQL, and Excel to monitor progress and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in or strong familiarity with SaaS startup environments.
• Experience supporting revenue teams (sales, client success, or partnerships).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow processes with minimal supervision.
• Interest in understanding Array's business and B2B2C SaaS products.
• Proficiency with AI tools, SQL, and Excel for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and revenue teams.
• Take initiative and drive work without awaiting assignment.
• Coordinate across departments to complete projects and tasks.
• Define project deliverables from launch through close.
• Engage stakeholders and manage third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress and adapt to achieve outcomes.
• Provide support to CEO and executives on ad hoc requests.
• Document errors, issues, and resolutions with detailed tech notes.
• Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
