Zillow Group is seeking a Principal Manager, Growth Strategy to help drive the performance of Zillow Elevate, our advertising revenue and publisher business. This high-impact role blends strategy, analytics, and go-to-market execution to evaluate business models and drive execution.

You will partner with senior leaders, move between strategic architecture and hands-on analyses, and apply a strategy consulting toolkit with executive communication and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy or growth roles.
• 4+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or dedicated growth strategy within tech.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enable growth strategy with an always-on strategic roadmap and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead high-impact projects blending strategy and analytics across pricing, GTM, and product opportunities.
• Deliver data-driven insights, modeling, and validation to support recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing to align priorities.
• Address growth risks by monitoring performance and developing data-backed mitigation strategies.
• Craft clear, executive-ready narratives and presentations for senior leadership.
