Life360 is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development practitioner to drive analysis shaping growth, market selection, and potential acquisitions. You will frame questions, build robust models, and deliver recommendations to the VP of Corporate Development and our leadership team.

You will also design AI agents that speed analysis, track targets, and support live deals. This is a remote-first role with broad exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Must-have: strong financial modeling and valuation skills from first principles.
• Must-have: ability to build and defend numbers under pressure with clear written and verbal communication.
• Must-have: experience in strategy, corporate development, or high-growth tech environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic analyses and valuation workstreams to inform executive decisions.
• Identify and champion acquisition candidates, both international and adjacent.
• Develop AI agents and workflows to accelerate target analysis and deal execution.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to the VP of Corporate Development and the executive team.
