2pmFIX is a boutique people and organizational change firm seeking a full-cycle recruiter to support internal recruiting and client hiring across industries. This remote, high-autonomy role partners with business leaders to solve complex hiring challenges and evolve talent strategies.

Responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment, drafting descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. The role spans high-volume and executive search with compensation collaboration and strict

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Proven track record in mid/high-volume frontline hiring and executive search.
• Mix of corporate and in-house/consulting experience preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication; strong interviewing skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
• Technical proficiency with ATS (JazzHR preferred).
• Adaptable across phones, Slack, email, and video platforms.
• Willingness to learn AI and automation tools for efficiency.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Located in NC is a plus.
• Occasional travel to events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client’s hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Build custom workflows within ATS (JazzHR preferred).
• Craft client-specific workflows, interviewing guides, and assessments.
• Own the Candidate Journey and ensure respectful treatment of applicants.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, Fair Chance, Pay Transparency, Data Privacy laws.
• Lead salary negotiations, offer delivery, and onboarding coordination.
• Collaborate with 2pm team on compensation as needed.
• Track hours and manage client resources efficiently.
• Ensure deliverables align with 2pm standards and client needs.
