The Nature Conservancy’s Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota Chapter seeks a Finance Director to guide financial planning, reporting, and controls for MNDK, in collaboration with the Great Plains Division. You will partner with conservation, philanthropy, operations, and leadership to deliver strategic financial guidance and robust decision support.

This remote leadership role requires a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field and 7+ years of senior finance experience, with up to 20%

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting, analysis, internal controls, and stewardship activities.
• Supervise finance staff and partner with conservation, philanthropy, operations, and leadership.
• Advance division-wide financial priorities with consistent processes and strong financial stewardship.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements and GAAP in nonprofit contexts.
