Real Chemistry in Boston/Remote is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Finance to own day-to-day program management and financial rigor for Bold Moves, our portfolio of growth initiatives. You will drive cadence, roadmaps, and value realization with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

The role emphasizes quantifying impact, building financial models, and presenting data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in program management and financial analysis in cross-functional environments.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to model, interpret data, and quantify value.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale strategic initiatives end-to-end.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; FP&A or M&A experience a plus.
• Comfort working with C-level and senior stakeholders; excellent communication.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Own cadence, roadmap, and end-to-end execution of Bold Moves initiatives.
• Build and maintain financial models to quantify impact and value realization.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and scenario models.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Partner with Finance to align targets with budgets and forecasts.
• Lead structured working sessions and manage diverse stakeholder needs.
