Jasper, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join its remote Customer Success team in the United States.

You will manage strategic relationships with leading brands and drive retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes using Jasper’s Marketing AI platform. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and commercial owner, guiding customers to achieve their goals while collaborating with Product, Sales and Legal to align on ROI, adoption, and roadmap opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in B2B SaaS account management, customer success, or sales.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts.
• Proven renewal and expansion success.
• Strong discovery and executive presentation skills.
• Comfort selling services or value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a focused portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Lead renewal and expansion cycles end-to-end.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Forecast and manage renewal pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering.
• Advocate for customers and influence product roadmap.
