Job summary

Jasper is seeking a senior customer marketing leader to own the customer story pipeline and advocacy initiatives in a fully remote role with 20-25% travel. You'll co-create content with executives, run advisory boards, and deploy proof into demand across pre-sale and post-sale programs, driving measurement of behavior change across accounts.

Own the credibility layer of a category-defining company and build a program from charter to first scorecard, working directly with senior marketers on AI

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong editorial instincts and experience running executive-level in-person programs.
• AI-forward operating style with measurement fluency and cross-functional credibility.
