Job summary

Jaipur Living is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to oversee multiple facets of our ecommerce business, including customer relationships, promotions, product content, supply chain operations, pricing strategy, marketing, and merchandising. You will partner closely with key customers to drive growth and manage content, pricing, and promotions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years in e-commerce account management or related field.
• Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair).
• Familiarity with managing relationships for a manufacturer or distributor.
• Familiarity with 1P and/or 3P marketplace selling models is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with day-to-day contacts at partner organizations.
• Gather feedback from partners and communicate insights to improve accounts.
• Create actionable plans to enhance business relationships.
• Identify account needs and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage promotions, pricing, and product content communications.
• Oversee listings and ensure data accuracy across marketplaces.
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising and logistics for timely product updates.
