Job summary

Aquila Software Group's SymPro unit is hiring a Customer Success Manager to build and strengthen relationships with public sector customers across North America.

You will own the customer relationships, support renewals, guide migrations to newer products, and partner with Account Executives on bigger opportunities. This is a full-time, remote role based in the United States or Canada, reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

• Relationship-focused background in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Experience working with public sector, treasury, or SaaS subscriptions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen customer relationships with SymPro public sector customers across North America.
• Improve renewal readiness and coordinate next steps to support long-term retention.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to route requests and resolve issues.
• Guide migrations and product migrations; identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate account activity and renewal status in CRM.
• Share customer insights to inform product, pricing, and processes.
