Aquila Software Group, an Aquila company, is hiring a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and develop the North American commercial team for SymPro treasury management software.

This is a full-time, remote role based in North America. You will shape sales and marketing strategy, build the team, and drive new business opportunities across public sector and financial services, aligning processes to win new business.

Responsabilités

• Set the commercial direction: define and execute the sales approach to support organic growth, pipeline development, and revenue targets.
• Lead and develop the team: manage a growing commercial team including sales and marketing, coaching and accountability.
• Strengthen pipeline and sales discipline: improve CRM usage, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and reporting.
