Job summary

Teleflex Incorporated seeks a Corporate Accounts Director to maximize sales and profitability within strategic IDNs. You will establish and maintain executive relationships and design, communicate, and deliver customized value-added programs to top accounts, including RFI/RFP management.

This is a remote-based role with a territory including North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia. Travel up to 50% is required; base salary plus commissions and a full benefits package are

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; experience may substitute for education.
2+ years managerial experience (sales/marketing/operations)
8–10 years outside sales experience
2+ years in key/national/strategic accounts sales

Responsibilities

Maximize sales and profitability within strategic IDNs.
Establish and maintain relationships with executive decision makers.
Design, communicate and deliver customized value-added programs to strategic accounts.
Manage RFI/RFP processes.
Coordinate pricing, margins and proposals for strategic accounts.
Present Teleflex Medical value propositions to top-tier accounts.
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing to align efforts.
