Job summary

Dodge Construction Network seeks a Construction Information Specialist for the Eastern region. This remote, home-office role requires strategic engagement with contractors, owners, architects, and public agencies to acquire high-value, non-public project intelligence. Travel up to 10% and a strong background in construction data is preferred.

The position reports to the Manager, Construction Information and emphasizes data quality, sourcing, and actionable insights for Dodge's data network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outreach, research, or data operations experience.
• 5+ years in the commercial construction industry with deep knowledge of project lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic outreach across channels to engage industry stakeholders and secure non-public project intelligence.
• Articulate value of data network to sources and strengthen participation.
• Demonstrate Dodge tools to sources to showcase data capabilities and drive collaboration.
• Cultivate relationships with hard-to-reach participants and manage intelligence pipelines.
• Evaluate new sources within assigned territory to expand the project pipeline.
• Analyze construction documents and client communications for relevance and value.
