Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking a Construction Information Specialist for our Midwest-South region to lead acquisition, evaluation, and validation of commercial project intelligence through strategic engagement with contractors, owners, architects, and public agencies.

This full-time, remote role requires independent judgement to cultivate high-value sources, assess data accuracy, and translate insights into actionable information that enhances our products. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outreach, research, or data ops with demonstrated outcomes.
• 5+ years in the commercial construction industry and knowledge of contractors, owners, architects, etc.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and diagnose issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach initiatives across phone, email, and in-person channels to engage stakeholders and secure high-value, non-public project intelligence.
• Articulate the value of the data network to drive participation and data sharing.
• Demonstrate data capabilities to sources to encourage ongoing collaboration and data sharing.
• Cultivate relationships with hard-to-reach participants and expand intelligence pipelines.
