The candidate will analyze construction data, manage relationships, and translate insights into actionable data within Dodge systems. Travel up to 10% is expected to support outreach and data collection efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outreach, research, customer engagement, or data operations with outcomes
• 3+ years in commercial construction industry understanding contractors, owners, architects, and project lifecycles
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and diagnose issues with solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive outreach to contractors, owners, and agencies to obtain high-value non-public project intelligence
• Communicate the value of data sharing and Dodge tools to sources
• Manage relationships and pipeline within assigned territory to grow data coverage
• Analyze project information and translate insights into actionable data in Dodge systems
• Support data integrity through verification and documentation of steps
