Job summary

Dodge Construction Network seeks a strategic Outreach Specialist to grow the sources network and convert market visibility into high-value project intelligence. This remote role requires residing in the allowed states and travel up to 10% to engage with stakeholders.

You will engage contractors, owners, architects, and public agencies, leverage Dodge One, and collaborate with Account Management to ensure data quality and pipeline growth across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in outreach, research, or data operations with proven outcomes.
• 5+ years in the commercial construction industry with broad ecosystem knowledge.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and diagnose issues.
• Ability to analyze territory and source funnel data for outreach performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic outreach across phone, email, and in-person channels to engage contractors, owners, architects, and public agencies.
• Demonstrate Dodge tools and data capabilities to sources to drive engagement.
• Develop high-value sources and a robust project pipeline within assigned territory.
• Collaborate with Account Management to address high-impact client inquiries.
• Identify data quality trends and propose improvements to enhance integrity.
