Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in outreach, research, customer engagement, or data operations roles.
• 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry and deep knowledge of the construction ecosystem.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and tailor messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic outreach across phone, email, and in-person channels to engage contractors, owners, architects, and public agencies.
• Articulate the value of Dodge’s data network and project information sharing to boost participation.
• Demonstrate Dodge tools and data capabilities to incentivize sources and showcase network value.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry participants through site visits, events, and meetings to strengthen intelligence pipelines.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new project sources to expand a differentiated project pipeline.
• Analyze construction documents and client communications to determine relevance and business value, translating insights into Dodge systems.
