Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, content development, or related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar, tone, clarity, and detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate communications.
• Experience writing and editing professional communications, reports, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications across multiple channels.
• Develop communication strategies aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and other departments to identify messaging requirements.
• Translate complex information into clear messaging for diverse audiences.
• Manage communication calendars, deadlines, and distribution plans.
• Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, and presentations.
