The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering clear internal and external communications that align with organizational objectives and strengthen stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and experience across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, content development, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to grammar, tone, clarity, and detail.
• Demonstrated ability to develop clear, engaging, and audience‑appropriate communications for different stakeholder groups.
• Experience writing and editing professional communications, reports, presentations, newsletters, announcements, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, and organizational updates.
• Develop communication strategies and messaging aligned with business objectives, organizational priorities, and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, human resources, operations, and other departments to identify communication requirements and develop effective messaging.
• Translate complex business, technical, operational, or organizational information into clear, concise, and audience-appropriate communications.
• Manage communication calendars, schedules, deadlines, and distribution plans across multiple initiatives.
• Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, employee updates, talking points, briefing materials, and presentations.
