Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
3+ years in communications or related disciplines.
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
Ability to translate complex information into concise messaging.
Experience creating internal and external communications across channels.
Strong organizational and project-management abilities.
Experience with change-management communications preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with digital platforms and content-management systems.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
Develop communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and other departments.
Translate complex information into audience-appropriate messaging.
Manage communication calendars and distribution plans across initiatives.
Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, employee updates, talking points, and presentations.
Support internal communication initiatives to improve engagement and alignment.
Coordinate communications for initiatives, changes, projects, and events.
Review and edit materials for accuracy, tone, and adherence to standards.
Develop content for digital channels (email, intranet, websites, social media).
Support campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Gather information from subject-matter experts to ensure accurate messaging.
Monitor effectiveness and solicit stakeholder feedback.
