Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or related field.
• Min 3+ years in corporate communications, PR or marketing communications.
• Strong writing/grammar with attention to tone and clarity.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear messaging.
• Experience writing for reports, newsletters, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications.
• Develop messaging aligned with business objectives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, and operations on messaging needs.
• Translate technical or complex information into clear communications.
• Manage communication calendars, deadlines, and distribution plans.
• Draft executive communications, talking points, and presentations.
• Support employee engagement and organizational alignment initiatives.
• Coordinate communications for initiatives, changes, projects, or events.
• Review materials for accuracy, tone, and brand adherence.
• Develop content for email, intranet, websites, and social channels.
