Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting communications, publications, or technical documentation in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate policies and guidance to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to review and edit technical documents for grammar, clarity, and adherence to standards.
• Excellent organizational, customer service, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders to manage publication lifecycle.
• Track, route, and maintain records of publication products across multiple systems.
• Review and evaluate technical documents for grammar, clarity, readability, and compliance with standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, provide status updates, and assist with issue resolution and approvals.
• Support program offices in developing strategic publication plans and innovative communication approaches.
