Job summary

Aretum is seeking a Marketing and Communications Specialist to support internal communications, employee engagement, and branded marketing content for a federal contracting environment. You will craft announcements, executive messages, newsletters, and visuals that align with the company’s brand and strategic goals.

Responsibilities include producing proposal graphics, maintaining design assets, and coordinating website and social content with senior leaders.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, and marketing roles.
Experience supporting government consulting companies and proposal graphics design.
Portfolio showing strong design across digital and print—branded layouts.

Responsibilities

Partner with proposal managers and executives to develop visuals for federal proposals and capture efforts.
Translate technical concepts into clear visuals including diagrams, infographics, and charts.
Develop and format proposal-related presentations, one-pagers, capability statements, and growth materials.
Support rapid-turnaround proposal requests while maintaining brand standards and quality.
Design and maintain branded templates, presentations, infographics, social graphics, and internal visuals.
