Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary contact for Managed Services from onboarding through project delivery. You will understand each customer’s requirements and advise on how Workiva features meet their needs.

You will partner with other Workiva teams to address customer needs, produce data-driven insights, and manage a book of business. You will also train customers and track communications using our tools.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent required or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of Customer Service, Account Management, Project Management or similar.
• Strong communication and influencing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for Workiva Managed Services.
• Guide onboarding and project delivery to meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to address customer needs.
• Maintain regularCheckpoints and develop relationships representing Workiva offerings.
• Train customers on the Workiva platform and share best practices.
