Responsibilities

• Support Account Leader in developing account plans that drive growth and profitability.
• Lead bid pursuit meetings and proposal strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop compelling proposals and executive summaries to demonstrate value.
• Identify client needs and craft consultative, integrated solutions leveraging Parexel's capabilities.
• Maintain high visibility with senior client management to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and identify new opportunities.
