Norstella is seeking a Strategic Client Director to own strategic client partnerships for a named portfolio in the RWD/IHD platforms. This remote US role focuses on driving revenue retention and expansion, ensuring customers realize value from their investment, and coordinating cross-functional teams without owning delivery.

You will engage executives across accounts, lead quarterly business reviews, and navigate renewal readiness, while partnering with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Consulting to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management or client partnerships.
• Experience managing senior client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
• Deep understanding of real world data or adjacent life-sciences data products.
• Ability to translate complex data products into customer value narratives.
• Experience running QBRs or structured partnership reviews with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional collaborator without owning execution.
• Highly organized, able to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and growth across named accounts.
• Ensure value realization through ROI-focused reviews.
• Own the client relationship across decision makers and end users.
• Identify expansion opportunities and route to Sales and Pre-Sales Solutioning.
• Monitor account health and mitigate risks in partnership with leadership.
• Coordinate internal teams, not absorption of execution.
• Feed the commercial loop with feedback on expansions.
• Prepare accounts for renewal with Renewal Operations Specialist.
