Job summary

The successful candidate will lead analysis, evaluation, and documentation of complex business processes and system needs, collaborating with stakeholders to translate goals into system requirements and specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information management or business.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or systems analyst.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of complex business processes and system needs.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to translate goals into system requirements and specs.
• Researches existing systems to identify improvements and propose solutions.
• Develops functional and technical design documents, use cases, and process models.
• Oversees system integrations, data migrations, and upgrades with IT teams.
