You will liaise with vendors and internal teams, translating technical concepts into business language. Under direct guidance, you assist in studying system needs, proposing solutions, and supporting problem management.

Formación

• One year of professional experience in a customer-facing or business environment.
• One year in a technical background
• Associate degree or higher preferred
