Qualifications

• Advanced skills in requirements elicitation for business processes and system functionality.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects of various sizes.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple business units and technical teams.
• Proven capability to generate comprehensive business/process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and issue analysis to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
• Translate and simplify business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Design, document, and maintain business and system processes.
• Identify and design business and/or system improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project deliverables.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and/or project tasks.
• Apply SDLC and project lifecycle principles to ensure compliant solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resources.
• Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance to less experienced staff.
