Santiam Hospital & Clinics is seeking a remote Business Application Analyst to join our IT team. The successful candidate will lead analysis, evaluation, and documentation of complex business processes and system needs, collaborating with stakeholders to translate goals into system requirements and specifications.

The role requires 5+ years of experience as a business or systems analyst, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work across ad-hoc tasks and long-term

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a proven ability to use data analysis to solve complex business challenges. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and can effortlessly transition between strategic long-term projects and ad-hoc tasks. This role involves leading the analysis, evaluation, and documentation of intricate business processes, requirements, and system needs. The individual will conduct research on existing systems to identify improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
