Job summary

Syner-G BioPharma Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across the CMO/CDMO landscape. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, driving risk management and operational excellence.

A strong PM background in life sciences is essential. The role emphasizes strategic priority support, governance, and collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Advanced degree (MBA/MS or equivalent) strongly preferred.
5+ years in pharma/biotech/CMO-CDMO or related industries.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and budgets.
Drive project execution with milestones and risk management.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with diverse stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines; ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare status reports and governance materials for leadership review.
Support business transformation and integration initiatives as needed.
Ensure documentation and governance records are maintained.
