Job summary

Premier, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant in Advisory Services: Supply Chain - Clinical to lead and deliver data-driven performance improvements for healthcare systems.

You will manage billable client work, guide engagement workstreams, and ensure quality deliverables, with exposure to analytics, presentations, and project economics. The role requires 4+ years in management consulting, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), strong communication, leadership, and data visualization skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in management consulting preferred
• Ability to lead work groups to successful outcomes
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black belt experience

Responsibilities

• Obtain data, conduct analyses, interpret results, and prepare verbal and visual presentations.
• Lead and complete data analyses with quality assurance.
• Assist in defining client needs and engagement scope through interviews.
• Develop recommendations and deliverables for client audiences.
• Manage project workstreams and budgets; contribute to risk mitigation.
