Hitachi Energy is seeking a Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM, to serve as the central interface between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners in North America. • 10+ years of experience coordinating strategic partnerships, alliance governance, PMO activities, or cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience across commercial, operational, and business functions to support planning and execution.
• Knowledge of sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and facilitate issue resolution.

Job Description

The Opportunity

The Strategic Alliance PMO Lead, NAM serves as the central interface between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners, coordinating commercial and operational activities to support alliance goals across North America. This role establishes and manages alliance governance, including business reviews, executive reporting, performance tracking, and escalation processes while driving accountability across participating organizations. The position coordinates commercial demand planning, sales activities, operational capacity alignment, and end-to-end business execution from opportunity development through order fulfillment. The role also oversees alliance performance reporting, supports strategic resource allocation, identifies opportunities to strengthen collaboration, and helps implement scalable operating models that enable sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and improved business outcomes. This is a remote position, preferably based out of Dallas, TX.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage alliance governance processes, including business reviews, executive reporting, performance monitoring, and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Hitachi Energy businesses and strategic partners to align commercial and operational priorities.
• Consolidate sales opportunities, demand forecasts, and pipelines to support joint sales planning and opportunity prioritization.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales teams to clarify ownership, customer engagement activities, and commercial execution.
• Align operational capacity, resource availability, and supply planning to support business commitments and delivery requirements.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution from opportunity development through order fulfillment, ensuring visibility to milestones, backlog, and delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain integrated performance dashboards covering commercial, operational, and financial KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, business risks, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities, coordinating corrective actions across stakeholders.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience coordinating strategic partnerships, alliance governance, PMO activities, or cross-functional business initiatives.
• Experience working across commercial, operational, and business functions to support planning and execution activities.
• Knowledge of sales pipeline management, demand forecasting, operational planning, capacity coordination, and performance management practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and facilitate issue resolution across organizations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to support executive reporting, business reviews, and cross-functional alignment.
