Job summary

GDT is seeking a Partner Alliance Manager to cultivate and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, OEMs, software providers, and system integrators. You will translate partner programs into joint go-to-market plans and measurable business results for GDT.

You will own alliance strategies, coordinate across sales, solution architecture, marketing, and delivery teams, and enable partners and practitioners to position and deliver joint solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years in sales, business development, partner management, alliances, marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years managing technology-vendor, OEM, or alliance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute alliance strategies aligned with growth objectives, technology portfolio, and market priorities.
• Own the alliance plan for assigned relationships, including GTM approach and measurable outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with partner executives and internal stakeholders across functions.
• Translate partner capabilities into clear value propositions and joint sales opportunities.
• Create joint GTM plans with campaigns, target accounts, and pursuit support.
• Coordinate enablement activities, including training, events, and partner resources.
