Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Software Project Manager for a remote US-based role. You will plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of complex Varian products with customers, ensuring alignment with objectives, scope, and governance.

Responsibilities include managing customer engagements, cross-functional coordination, and risk and performance reporting while driving continuous improvement and leadership within the PM team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, or account management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives with sound judgment and strategic focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Account Management & Customer Engagement: lead PM activities and governance with strategic accounts.
• Portfolio & Program Management: oversee a portfolio of hardware/software implementations and upgrades.
• Implementation & Site Readiness: plan deployments, coordinate site readiness, and ensure contractual compliance.
• Risk, Forecasting & Performance Management: monitor risks, schedules, forecasts, and KPI reporting.
• Continuous Improvement & Leadership: drive standard methodologies, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Travel: travel up to 20% for customer meetings and reviews.
