Qualifications

• 5+ years of project, program, or account management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure and system integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management and customer engagement across strategic customers.
• Oversee multiple hardware/software implementation projects, upgrades, and relocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities among customers, Sales, Service, Applications, Operations, and Logistics.
• Monitor project governance, risks, and performance with regular executive updates.
