Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Strategic Accounts PMO to lead the regional PMO across North, Central, and South America. You will oversee governance, standardize methodologies, and drive portfolio reporting for strategic accounts.

The role requires extensive cross-functional coordination, with focus on large-scale deployments, risk management, and executive-level oversight. Travel up to 50% may be required as projects span multi-country sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience. Masters preferred.
• Technical program management experience and strong governance skills.
• Advanced MS Office suite, Visio, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Extensive travel may be required, up to 50% travel in multi-state sites with frequent overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Lead multinational project execution across Americas with cross-functional teams.
• Establish PMO governance, reporting, and stage-gate reviews.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Legal.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and portfolio dashboards.
