Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Project Manager – Strategic Accounts PMO, Americas to build and lead a regional PMO delivering standardized governance and reporting across North, Central, and South America.

You will guide multi-country rollouts, manage budgets and risks, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Legal to ensure successful project delivery from concept through handoff. Fluent English is required, with Portuguese and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; 7+ years related experience; Masters preferred for technical program management.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; strong governance, risk, and reporting skills.
• Experience supporting large global enterprise accounts across multi-country regions; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a regional PMO with standardized governance, methodologies, risk management, and reporting.
• Lead complex multi-country customer implementations, expansions, and greenfield deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal and Finance.
• Manage portfolio health, risks, budgets, and resource allocations; drive on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead executive reviews and steering committees; build trusted customer relationships and ensure alignment with Canon capabilities.
