Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Cold Storage to own a defined portfolio of national and regional cold storage accounts. You will drive specification, revenue growth, and long-term penetration across refrigerated warehousing, food distribution, pharmaceutical logistics, and temperature-controlled facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 5+ years relevant industry experience.
5+ years in strategic/major account sales within construction/building products.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing procurement decisions.
Willingness to travel approximately 70%.

Responsibilities

Own and grow a defined portfolio of cold storage accounts.
Drive specification of Carlisle roofing systems, insulated assemblies, vapor management solutions.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities through prospecting and relationships.
Develop and execute account plans with documented pipeline in Salesforce.
Lead customer-facing conversations, proposals, and RFP/bid responses; negotiate terms.
