Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in relevant industry.
• 5+ years strategic or major account sales in construction/building products.
• Experience influencing specification or procurement decisions.
• Willingness to travel ~70% of time.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined portfolio of cold storage accounts nationwide.
• Drive specification of Carlisle roofing systems and related products.
• Identify new opportunities and develop account plans with a strong pipeline.
• Lead commercial conversations, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Technical Services on design-assist engagements.
• Maintain relationships with cold storage owners, developers, and GC's.
• Represent Carlisle at industry events and provide market feedback.
• Maintain CRM data and deliver territory updates to leadership.
