Job summary

Orthogone Technologies Inc. seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts to drive growth for our US engineering-services business in a fully remote role. You will open new enterprise accounts and expand existing relationships, selling across hardware, FPGA, embedded software and electronic design.

You will build a scalable growth strategy, lead multi-threaded pursuits, and collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to scope, price and staff engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of enterprise sales experience in US tech/services.
• Hunter mentality with multi-threaded target-account strategies.
• Experience selling custom engineering services with scoping/pricing.
• Proficient with Salesforce and ZoomInfo for pipeline and targeting.
• Background in electronic design services, embedded software, FPGA or hardware.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a named portfolio of strategic US accounts.
• Identify, prospect and open new enterprise accounts.
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Lead complex engineering-services engagements from discovery to contract.
• Build relationships with VP Engineering, CTOs and other technical decision-makers.
